Workshop on the benefits of farming practices that utilize Humus Compost, Humus Extract, and Cover Crops.

The training will help participants with the following:

  • Outline of their farm and business model
  • Blending Minerals
  • Overview of what is desired in soil balancing/texture
  • Increasing forage/grain quality
  • Cover cropping and tillage management

Workshop on Soil Fertility, Soil Nutrition, Humus Compost, and Humus Extract.

Edwin will add to what Jonathan presented in the first workshop. This training will help us understand the following:

  • The power of Humus Compost and its contribution to Soil Balancing
  • How Humus Compost/Extract and the blending of soil minerals creates a powerful way to become more profitable

Midwest Bio-Systems

These workshops comprise a 2-session workshop series. Both workshops are recommended for comprehensive coverage on these topics.

Participants should feel free to ask questions in both workshops!

In time, these programs have potential to bring to the farm better yields and increased grain and fiber quality with fewer inputs. They also have the potential to create more net dollars for you as a farmer.

January 23, 2018 — 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with dinner following ($95). On-site registration is open at 12:30 p.m. — Q&A time scheduled for 4:30-5:00 p.m. with open discussion until dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. — spouses are invited to come for dinner!

Edwin Blosser Workshop:

February 6, 2018 — 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch and dinner provided ($800 — or $700 if attending Jan. 23 Workshop). On-site registration is open at 8:30 a.m. — Q&A time scheduled for 4:30-5:00 p.m. with open discussion until dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. — spouses are invited to come for dinner!
